HHS uses meme to urge avoidance of ultra-processed foods

The Department of Health and Human Services suggests consumers should avoid ultra-processed foods on social media. Plus, MAHA faces political test with pesticide backlash.


Happy Tuesday, and welcome to Food Fix. I think it’s fair to say ultra-processed foods, or UPFs for short, are having a really bad couple of weeks. First, The Lancet, then the San Francisco lawsuit, now a Franklin meme? Oof.
