Happy Tuesday, and welcome to Food Fix. I’m coming to you today from Berkeley, Calif. I’m here for a panel hosted by the Berkeley Food Institute and Berkeley School of Journalism later this week. But I’m also taking the opportunity to visit some school cafeterias and eat some lunches.
