FDA faces calls to cut sugar, just like sodium

The Center for Science in the Public Interest and New York City health officials today will petition the FDA to set voluntary targets for added sugar reduction, just like the agency did for sodium. Democrats lean in on SNAP messaging. Plus, Veterans Affairs to support produce prescription pilots.
