Washington gets brutally honest about FDA

Leading experts are not holding back about what needs to change at FDA ahead of a major review of the agency’s foods program. State officials call for increased nutrition benefits, indoor agriculture and funding for PFAS efforts. And dairy consumption keeps rising.
