Happy Tuesday and welcome to Food Fix! I’m Lauren Ng, Food Fix’s editorial assistant, and I’m thrilled to be back in your inboxes this week. You might remember me from the guide to food lobbying I wrote last month. Since then, I’ve been helping Helena run Food Fix, reading quite a bit about bird flu and the farm bill and working with all of our wonderful guest contributors to churn out some great newsletters. 

We actually had a totally different topic planned for today, but the Supreme Court’s Chevron ruling on Friday was big enough news in food policy land (and beyond) that I’m hopping into the guest writer seat to unpack the potential impact.
